supervision + consultation groups

Life doesn't make any sense without interdependence.  We need each other, and the sooner we learn that, the better for us all. - Erik Erikson

Why groups?

In my experience as a therapist, I have repeatedly found myself in a place of feeling stuck and needing some help.  The kind of work that we do can be extremely challenging, and you might find yourself feeling confused, overwhelmed, lost, or maybe even bored.  And you want something more.

Supervision groups provide a space to grow and develop alongside other clinicians, and I've found that change can happen in very unique ways within the context of safe, supportive others.  Groups will be offered on a variety of topic areas, including Emotionally Focused Couple's Therapy, Play Therapy, Self-of-Therapist issues, and Developing Your Own Private Practice.
